Return costs are to be paid for by the customer, unless the goods are found to be faulty.
Arthur Knight Shoes retain title of the goods until fully paid for. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, Arthur Knight Shoes will not be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.
