Pre-Christmas Delivery:
UK - Last orders for pre-Christmas delivery is: Midday on Monday 23rd December *The exceptions to this are Barbour wellies & slippers which may not be despatched in time due to high warehouse demand*
Rest of World: Last orders for pre-Christmas delivery is: Midday on Wednesday 18th December.
Delivery within the UK:
We aim to despatch all stock items within one working day of receiving your order and they should reach you within 1-2 working days. 95% of orders placed before midday arrive the next working day. In the event of items being out of stock, we will advise you immediately.
Postage & packaging cost within the UK:
Free of charge.
All items are insured in transit.
Non-UK delivery:
We aim to despatch all stock items within one working day of receiving your order. For deliveries to all non-UK destinations, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery (US deliveries tend to be much quicker with approximate delivery times of just 2-4 working days).
Non-UK postage & packaging cost:
All orders for delivery within the EU have a fixed postage and packaging cost of £9-95, regardless of the quantity purchased.
All orders for delivery outside the EU have a fixed postage and packaging cost of £16-95, regardless of the quantity purchased.
For deliveries to non-UK destinations, Arthur Knight Shoes will not be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.

RETURNS
Footwear Returns:
If any items from ArthurKnight.com do not meet your expectations, they can be refunded or exchanged provided the uppers and soles have not been marked in any way and are returned by the customer in original packaging within 90 days of receipt. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid creasing & marking. We ask that the customer covers the cost returning items to our warehouse address at Arthur Knight Shoes, Units 1-3 Carousel Way, Northampton, NN3 9HG, UK. Exchanges are sent out at no additional shipping charge. For non-EU returns, please be sure to mark the return customs form clearly as 'returned goods'. We are unable to accept parcels that incur duty or fees at the UK border. This does not affect your statutory rights.
