We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles and uppers first to test the fit before wear.
Couldn't be happier with these ankle boots. The leather feels really soft and the colour looks great with jeans - it's not one of those cheap highstreet brown which looks like they've been faded in the sun for 6 months! One thing worth noting is that they're not suited to wet weather without treating them with some sort of leather protector first (which I always do with new shoes!).
Mine came in a 38 with no mention of an English size even though I ordered a 5 online. They fit nicely I have to say. 5 stars. x
