Better than the photos
I'd seen these shoes in Office a while back and liked them so decided to order online as this company had my size available. Things to note:
1. The leather colour is very attractive, but don't expect perfection when it comes to consistency. The left foot was slightly darker than the right, but I was informed by Arthur Knight that this would settle down with wear (which it did) and was due to the fact that it was 'pull up' leather which I hadn't come across before.
2. The stitching you see around the upper is real. I've had stuck on shoes in the past and had problems with sole bonding but these have held up really well after 7 weeks.
3. The fit is quite roomy being a rounded toe which is exactly what I was looking for, so I would say if you're a half size, then maybe go for the whole size down. I'm a 9 and bought a 9 and they were comfortable.Posted on
