We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles and uppers first to test the fit before wear.
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Having big feet (size 13) it's not easy for me to get comfortable shoes that also look good. I've worn M&S boat shoes in the past and they look like clown shoes. I'd have bought multiple pairs had they had the stock available but after a quick call with a lovely lady called Sharon she informed me they only had the 1 left so never mind!
