Any two dimensional measuring tool like a ruler is only an approximation of your size. Across different manufacturers the lasts and patterns vary slightly so sizing may also vary as a result. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles and uppers first to test the fit before wear.
Not normally one to spend over £100 on a pair of shoes but glad I did. They are well made and the suede padded top bit is a nice touch (comfortable around the ankle too).
The zip you see along the side is for design only it doesn't actually open up. The inside fleece is actually quite warm so would recommend for cold months. Delivery time was acceptable.
