Any two dimensional measuring tool like a ruler is only an approximation of your size. Across different manufacturers the lasts and patterns vary slightly so sizing may also vary as a result. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles and uppers first to test the fit before wear.
These boots are a little expensive for me, but I must say overall I am very pleased. The colour of the leather is what drew me in and in reality, they look just as good as the outdoor photo above.
I have received many compliments and after 4 weeks of wear, there have been no issues. The service was efficient too.
